A lot of patients ask me, is arthritis inevitable with aging?
I personally think that we need a mindset shift in our community from the “oh we’re just getting older and the aches and pains just come along with that” too a more proactive approach. What we need to do is make sure we give ourselves every opportunity to maintain good health. And we can really do a lot by keeping our muscles working well and strong, in turn taking the pressure off the joints and back.
The best way to prevent pain and stay healthy going into the future is to stay strong and stay flexible.
