Dry Needling Information

  • All needles are disposed of after each treatment so there is no chance of cross contamination. The clinic runs at exceptionally high hygiene standards.
  • Dry needling may not be suitable for all patients, and like all other services provided at PHYX, will only be recommended after thorough assessment of your specific condition.
  • Dry needling can be provided as sole treatment, or more commonly used in conjunction with other physiotherapy treatment techniques such as mobilisation and massage.
  • Ask your physio or when making your next appointment if Dry Needling would be suitable for you.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

POSITION

ARE YOU THE PHYSIOTHERAPIST WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are growing and are on the hunt for an incredibly passionate physio to join our team.

WHAT DRIVES US

Our goal is to treat our clients and team like family.

That means the advice and treatment you give to your mumma, we want you to do the same for us all.

WHO YOU ARE

✅ You’ve worked out that you love people and enjoy adding value to their lives
✅ You are passionate about Physio and Pilates and live to make a difference
✅ You are confident, driven and just a little bit weird
✅ You have a thirst for learning
✅ You want to work in a place where you can grow in to the best version of you, so you can do your best work

HOW WE WORK
We think work isn’t just work.
It’s where we spend a lot of time so we want to be inspired by what we do.

Easy to say, but how do we do that?

We talk about our personal goals not just our professional ones. This means we can celebrate a win for you like it is our own. Buying a house, going on your dream holiday, or nailing the treatment/rehab for a difficult case deserves high fives all round.

We’ll coach you closely to ensure you learn and grow and get confident with your physio and Pilates skills.

HOW
✅ You get to fast-track your learning with 2x weekly 1:1 mentoring sessions and weekly 1hr in-house professional development
✅ Make use of our professional development allowance
✅ Hands on treatment is good, but it’s not the whole story. Rehab is where it’s at. After your finish hand on treatment, progress your clients using our Pilates Studio to actively rehabilitate them back to 100%
✅ You are part of a very strong and committed team – not just us, but other health professionals who are our neighbours. You’ll get to learn from these guys too.
✅ You get to work in a company that is FRESH, PROGRESSIVE and ENERGISING
✅ You get your first 100 Days with us planned out so you know exactly what to expect and see how you’ll be killing it in no time.

HOW TO APPLY
Firstly, get your resume together (standard, we know).

We’d love if you could put a bit of effort in to your Cover Letter.
We’d love to hear :
– A little bit about you
– Why are you applying for this job?
– What do you bring to the party that we shouldn’t miss out on?
– Anything else you think we might find interesting?

A few other things:
– We much prefer friendly over professional
– We get a lot of applicants so we’ll only be able to contact the successful ones that we’d love to get to know better.
– While you have 2weeks until applications close, if we find the right guy or gal, we’ll call off the hunt early (so don’t wait until the last day).

Only the best will be selected.
Good luck!
